We have raccoons living in our attic and walls. How do we remove them, or have them removed? We have photographed them ion our cabinet so we are sure they are there.

The best bet is to hire a licensed nuisance wildlife control operator to trap and remove the raccoons for you. You can find a list at: http://web.extension.illinois.edu/wildlife/professionals.cfm To trap them yourself, you will need to get a permit from the Illinois Department of Natural Resources. They'll walk you though the best way to trap the animal and what to do after the raccoon(s) are trapped. You'll need to call the district wildlife biologist in DuPage Co. Their contact info. is on the same page as I listed above.
