I found tracks behind my house and my neighbor's in Heritage Lake subdivision, Mackinaw IL Tazewell County on 2/13/15. They were through the snow into the ice, about 3.5 inch diameter, in a straight line (like walking on 2 legs) with a 2 foot stride. I'm thinking mountain lion but people I've told say I'm nuts. I just want confirmation, so I can warn neighbors with small children or pets. I have pictures of the tracks.
