A couple of days ago I discovered a nest in my back yard So I put a motion sensor camera near it to see If mommy was around she came back that night to nurse them but the next day the cameras pick up the neighbors cat discovering them as well but it was spooked before anything bad happened. Its been back a few more times so I chased it away. Is there anything I can do to keep the cat away without keeping mom away? Do you think if I put some sprinklers in a circle around them mom would go through the water to her nest?

Once a cat finds a rabbit's nest, it is pretty much over. The rabbit's trick to success is a nest that is hidden. Anything near the nest that is unusual for the area (even if it is set up to help protect the nest) will attract the attention of potential predators (cats, dogs, foxes, raccoons, etc). It doesn't take a predator long to find the nest nearby. Sorry.
