Red Tail Hawk

I moved to this farming area about 2 month ago and am used to seeing hawks gliding across the sky. But for the past 3 days, one has been showing up on my doorstep (which is glass panel), on the window ledges on the 1st floor, on the deck railings, etc. where he sits for hours seeming to watch what's going on in the house. He doesn't seem to be injured or ill, and he doesn't seem overly concerned about me getting right up to the glass to see him. I'm sure this is not "normal" behavior; any thoughts why I'm being "stalked" by a hawk?

I am guessing that it can see its reflection in the glass. Is it still hanging around or has it moved on now?

This hawk could have "learned" that a window may provide an injured bird as an easy catch from a previous encounter.
