Hawks nest

I found what I believe is a hawk's nest on the ground near my front door. The nest contains 9 eggs and I have seen what I believe is a hawk near this area frequently. While I can avoid using my front entrance, I do have plants and planters close in proximity to the nest that I need to water. Can/should the nest be relocated? I am concerned with being on my front patio area when or if the eggs hatch. Can the nest be relocated? What are my options.

Can you send a photo of the nest? It is more likely a duck nest. Hawks do not lay that many eggs and would not nest on the ground or that close to a house.
